Ordering One Piece EPDM.

Measure roof area. Then allow at least 200mm all round to ensure sufficient to form drips and upstands. If running under a tiled / slated roof allow 300mm.

Eg:

1. plain rectangular extension on side of house. Measured size 2.6m x 3.2m. Required size 3.0m x 3.6m

2. Extension on side of house running up to tiled / slated   roof measured as above, size required  2.6m x 3.7m  (assuming 3.2m running up to tiles/ slates)

 Please note. It is the customers responsibility to measure the roof and order the correct size. National Roofing accept no resoponsibility for materials cut to wrong size once measurements have been given to us.
