Christmas Delivery

Last date for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery is midday, 21st December 2016

If you place your order after this date, we cannot guarantee it will be with you before Christmas and it will most likely take until the new year to reach you.

Christmas and New Year Working Hours

We are closed between: 24th December 2016 and 2nd January 2017.

Our depots and phone lines will be closed between 24th December 2016 and 2nd January 2017. No orders will be dispatched, or calls, voicemails, or emails responded to during this time. You are still able to place orders online over the Christmas and New Year period, and they will be picked and packed in the new year. All depots and phone-lines reopen on 3rd January 2017.



Unfortunately, due to supplement charges incurred from our couriers we are unable to offer free delivery to all areas, although we do offer a very competitive rate. Unless stated, we cannot guarantee a time and day for delivery; delivery times are between 7:30 and 17:30. We make every endeavour to ensure you a speedy delivery but we cannot guarantee the couriers will deliver on time. We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email usually one day before delivery. We aim to dispatch your order the same day it was placed, although this cannot be guaranteed. If there are certain days that you will not be available for delivery please call to let us know.

Receiving Delivery

Please check your parcels for any obvious damages before signing. Damaged items that was not obvious when the delivery was signed for, i.e. marks under the protective wrapper etc, can only be sent Free of charge if we are notified within 48 hours of receiving your goods, Any damages reported after this period could be deemed to have occurred whilst the items were in your care and no claims will be possible.

 

If the driver does not wait for you to inspect the goods in a reasonable time for damages please refuse the delivery and contact us on 01495 245 066 with your order number.

 

A signature will be required at point of delivery unless you have sent us a disclaimer email, if no one is present to sign the goods will be delivered the following day.

Undelivered Goods

If your order has any missing or damaged items, you have any concerns regarding your delivery, please email us on [email protected], within two working days of receiving your order.
